1. Description of Service

Drivia is a driving license exam preparation platform that provides practice tickets, mock exams, learning tools, and progress tracking. The Service includes:

• Practice tickets organized by topic and license category
• Timed mock exams simulating real driving test conditions
• Learning progress tracking and exam history
• Points system, daily tasks, and streaks for motivation
• Leaderboard ranking among all users
• Multi-language support (Georgian, English, Russian, Azerbaijani, Armenian)

2. Eligibility

To use Drivia, you must be of legal age to obtain a driving license in your jurisdiction, or at least 16 years old, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You must register an account to use the Service. Registration requires your phone number, full name, and a password.
• Phone number verification via SMS OTP is required to complete registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Each phone number may only be associated with one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Create multiple accounts or use someone else's identity to register.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files through any feature.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service or extract data.
• Manipulate the points system, leaderboard, or daily tasks through fraudulent means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit the exam content or questions provided through the Service.

• Points are earned through learning activities, completing exams, daily tasks, and maintaining streaks.
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or goods.
• Your name and position on the leaderboard are publicly visible to other Drivia users.
• We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or remove points if we detect manipulation, abuse, or technical errors.

7. Exam Disclaimer

Drivia is a study aid and practice tool only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date driving exam content, we do not guarantee that:

• The questions and answers on Drivia are identical to those on the official driving license exam.
• Using Drivia will guarantee passing any official driving test.
• The content reflects the most current laws, regulations, or exam formats in any particular jurisdiction.

Users are encouraged to consult official sources and driving schools for the most up-to-date exam preparation materials.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, learning progress, exam history, and points.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
